Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the Printmen.lt Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions establish the conditions for purchasing goods, payment, delivery, returns, and the use of other services in the Printmen.lt online store.

1.2. Seller – Printmen MB, legal entity code 307689266, address: Pulko g. 2, LT-08248 Vilnius, Lithuania.

1.3. Online Store – the website www.printmen.lt.

1.4. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods or services in the online store.

1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.6. The Seller has the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version comes into effect from the moment it is published on the website.

1.7. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

2. Placing Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

    2.1. Orders on Printmen.lt can be placed:

    • by registering on the website;
    • as a guest.

2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate and complete information necessary for order fulfillment.

2.3. The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the order and receives the order confirmation by email.

2.4. All submitted orders are stored in the Seller’s database.

2.5. The Buyer is fully responsible for the content, quality, accuracy, and copyright compliance of submitted layouts and files.

2.6. The Seller does not check uploaded files for content, spelling, design, resolution, or technical print preparation.

2.7. By submitting files for production, the Buyer confirms that:

    • the files are properly prepared for printing;
    • the files contain no technical errors;
    • the content used does not infringe third-party copyrights.

    2.8. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the submitted content violates the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, public order, or public moral standards.

    2.9. Due to the specifics of print production, a production quantity deviation of up to 5% is possible.

3. Prices and Payment Procedure

    3.1. All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.

    3.2. Payments for goods can be made via:

    • electronic banking;
    • bank transfer.

    3.3. An electronic VAT invoice is provided to the Buyer.

    3.4. The Seller has the right to adjust the price if it was incorrectly indicated due to a technical or system error.

4. Delivery of Goods

    4.1. Goods are delivered using the method selected by the Buyer:

    • courier delivery;
    • parcel locker;
    • other methods indicated on the website.

    4.2. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.

    4.3. Delivery times are preliminary and may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

    4.4. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect its condition. Any visible damage must be noted in the shipment delivery documents.

    4.5. The risk of damage to or loss of the goods transfers to the Buyer from the moment of delivery.

    4.6. If the shipment is not collected within the specified period and is returned to the Seller, the order may be canceled.

5. Product Quality

    5.1. Product characteristics are specified in each product description.

    5.2. Due to differences in screen settings, actual colors may slightly differ from those displayed on the website.

    5.3. The Seller is liable only for manufacturing defects or discrepancies with the ordered specifications.

    5.4. The Seller is not responsible for errors resulting from unsuitable files, layouts, or incorrectly selected parameters provided by the Buyer.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns

    6.1. Products manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

    6.2. If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order specifications, the Buyer has the right to:

    • request correction of defects;
    • request replacement of the product;
    • request a price reduction;
    • request a refund.

    6.3. The Buyer must notify the Seller about defective goods by email at info@printmen.lt within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

    6.4. The following must be submitted together with the complaint:

    • order or invoice number;
    • description of the issue;
    • photos of the defect or damage.

    6.5. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the confirmation of a valid complaint.

7. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login credentials.

7.3. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from incorrectly submitted files, technical issues on the Buyer’s side, or actions of third parties.

7.4. If the Buyer violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to disrupt the operation of the website, the Seller has the right to restrict or terminate access to the account.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal acts.

8.2. The Buyer’s data is used only for order fulfillment, accounting, customer service, and other lawful purposes.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.

9.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
